The ESE Initiative aims to broaden and deepen support for OISE’s institutional goal of Social and Ecological Responsibility and help to establish OISE as a leader of the integration of ESE into Teacher Education programs in Ontario. It provides a nexus for ESE-related groups at OISE, such as the Sustainability Action Committee, the ESE Working Group, the Environmental Leadership Circle, and the ESE Grad Student Group, to share information, co-develop events and programs, and work towards a greater level of sustainability in all that OISE does.
