. Such a good word. Such a great feeling.

I had it today when a friend said to me, ‘You’re over thinking it. Focus on being a feeler, not a thinker. YES 🙌.

We all overthink at times, trying to solve a problem through action, or words, or thoughts, and so often just pushing the proverbial up hill. But when we are in , would we ever describe ourselves as over-thinking?? It’s more like feeling invigorated, consumed, enthralled, connected, don’t you think?

So next time when you say, ‘I’m over thinking this’, you absolutely are! Take a moment, check in, feel it in your body, be present. A solution so often presents itself when the mind is quiet.

When we cultivate presence we natuarally start lowering the bar for joy.

It’s the simple things - watching the colours in the sky as the sun sets, the taste of a perfectly ripe strawberry, a hug with a loved one.

The art of surrender.

On our way back to from after a lovely long weekend. Currently sitting at a stand still on the 401.

ETA keeps shifting back, kids getting grumpy.. what can you do 🤷‍♀️

Nothing is what!

Resistance to what is just leads to more suffering. Relax into presence and let go of those tensed muscles. Surrender to what is.

What can you surrender to today? You’ll be surprised what creative solutions open up when you do 👍

Want to trade neurosis for peace?

99% of things your mind tells you might happen DO NOT HAPPEN - but boy do we worry about those things..

What if we just relaxed and saw these (often) useless thoughts as they are.. fleeting objects of attention. Oh to be free! Oh the joy! Oh the peace!

🔑 The key is to know when you’re off in your own mind and ‘wake up’ to the beautiful, sacred present moment.

🛠 You know the tool to get you there. Meditation. It’s a practice that strengthens this very capacity to know when you are stuck in your own head.

Why not give it a go 🤷‍♀️
