Government of Canada Eliminates Conditional Permanent Residence. This changes apply to anyone who was sponsored by a spouse or a partner for Permanent Residence in Canada before or after April 2018. In addition, if you were under investigation for not complaining with the requirements to live with your spouse or partner, you are no longer under investigation.
