🎙️ While the music industry often celebrates its progress, many women continue to face familiar and unacceptable challenges behind the scenes.The latest Soundcheck survey reveals ongoing stories of verbal and sexual harassment that persist in workplaces across the industry. These are not isolated incidents, they’re a reflection of systemic issues that remain unresolved, despite years of awareness and advocacy.Real change requires more than conversation. It demands action, accountability, and safe spaces where every voice is protected and respected.The survey remains open. Every story contributes to a clearer, more honest picture and a stronger call for industry-wide reform.
