I am an Executive Chef who retired from cooking professionally. Plainly and simply put, I hated that past life, or the lack of it(Social Life).....I do enjoy cooking for family and friends and this is why I collect these recipes. Eventually, I hope to replicate or at least reproduce a respectable representation or variation of these recipes.
