Young Lives Research Lab

- re-imagining education,
- influences of the digital age, and
- emerging theories and methods to support youth. Our mandate is to:

- design, collect, and disseminate top quality local and global research with, for, and by youth,
- openly share this knowledge with young people and across multiple audiences who are in a position to support young people,
- identify and address the most pressing challenges and opportunities for young people and their communities, and
- work passionately as allies and accomplices with, for and by Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth and their communities. Through various youth-attuned, participatory-action based research projects across Canada and the globe, Young Lives brings youth experiences and ideas to the forefront as we seek to understand how we must improve systems of education and human rights, our notions of wellbeing and health, and our interactions with and care for our Mother Earth.
