Stop holding yourself back.

Nothing in life comes easy—you’ve got to work for what you want.

Growth happens when you show up for yourself every single day—even when it’s hard, even when no one’s watching. That often means sacrificing comfort, showing up when you don’t feel like it, and trusting the process even when you don’t see instant results.

This transformation didn’t happen overnight. It took time, consistency, discipline, and belief in something bigger than excuses.

You’re one decision away from a completely different life. Start small. Show up. Keep going. You’ve got this.

If you’re feeling stuck, just know: you’re not alone. But also know this—you’re capable of so much more than you think.

DM me if you’re ready to make a change.

I know this can be an awkward movement (especially depending on where the cable machines are set up in your gym) BUTT lol it’s great for your rump!
I’ve seen a few posts of girls legit almost breaking their backs by over arching when they come up and not fully engaging the glutes & hamstrings by not allowing a full hinge at the hip.
This exercise also does not involve any kind of pulling with your arms. Think of the rope as an extension of your body... you’re just holding some extra weight.
With the rope between your legs, take a few steps forward making sure you have a wide stance with your toes slightly facing outward. Keeping your shoulders down and back (not rounding forward), hinge at the hip keeping your back neutral as you would similarly for a Romanian deadlift. Keep your arms straight as you release the weight back. You want to feel a nice stretch in the glutes and hamstrings. As you come up, the weight should be driving from your glutes thrusting forward, ending in a nice big squeeze and standing straight up. You should not be arching backwards! Be careful with your backs🙏

There is never a “perfect” time.
I’m sure you’ve heard others say “I’m waiting for the right time” or “after ___ happens”... or maybe you’ve even said that yourself.
Sometimes we think when other certain events happen in our lives or we get to a certain point where we’re “ready”, then we can focus on what we really want to do. Well, it doesn’t always work out that way.
When it comes to your health, why wait? Why hold back from working towards a goal? Sure, you can compare yourself to others and where they’re at in their journey, but you’re seeing them at the point they’re at NOW. What about before? What struggles did they have? How many times did they fail before they succeeded? Were they at the greatest point in their life? Most likely not.
You don’t see all that someone else goes through or has undergone to get where they are. Most of the time it takes a life changing experience, a bad situation or even a health scare for ppl to get motivated and make changes.
If you really want something bad enough, you’ll make it happen. You’ll work towards it. By no means is it easy, but you should know you’re worth it💕🙏
