Sugar peony is a bakery that I've been wanting to try ever since I had to do research where to buy our wedding cake two years ago. So when Groupon had a deal from to buy a 6" cake for the price of $25 (regular price was $54!), I could not pass it up.
Out of the many selection of flavours, I decided to pick the ube coconut because it sounds exotic and also one of our go-to bubble tea flavours of all time.

The cake was beautifully decorated and scrumptiously delicious right from the first bite! This ube coconut mousse cake was soft and moist at the same time, the top is a ganache ube glaze and the bottom is filled with little crunchy peanut balls that made the mousse cake itself even more special and different. For those that like cakes but scared of the level of sweetness then is worth a try because the sweetness level is just perfect. uses all premium ingredients in all of their cakes down to real butter cream that is totally worth every penny that you'll pay for!
