This elegant cocktail, named after the founder of St. Regis (Mrs. Caroline Astor) is infused with gin, lemon and Saint Germain. Join us for live jazz music from 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.

Gather friends, family and cherished business associates and enjoy our new sweet & savoury festive menu including Jasmine Scented Scones, Oolong Panna Cotta with Asian Poached Pear, Mandarin Curd Tart, Green Tea Macaron and Lychee Mascarpone Bavarois. Dating back to the battles of Napoleon Bonaparte, who famously said “Champagne: in victory, one deserves it; in defeat, one needs it” the art of sabrage is one of four St. Regis Signature Rituals which we celebrate at all St. Regis hotels around the world. Referred to as the ‘Evening Ritual’ this glittering ceremony takes place each sunset at 5:00pm in Astor Lounge.
