As renovators, we know that these are the exact conditions where pipes burst. A few minutes of prep now can save you a massive headache (and a flood) later.

🥶 If your water pressure drops:
Assume you have a freeze. Shut off your main water supply immediately to prevent flooding if the pipe bursts.

🔧 How to thaw it:
Open the affected tap to relieve pressure. Use a hair dryer or warm towels to gently warm the pipe starting from the faucet end. Never use an open flame.
