To the woman who checks her BBT before she checks her phone or accepts breakfast in bed this Mother’s Day.

To the one reads every ingredients list, tries all the supplements, attempts every yoga pose, still feels like crap and yet continues to show up - for herself, for the little one she’s hoping for, or for the child already in her arms.

I see you.

I see you TTC while managing Hashimoto’s - learning to trust that your body isn’t broken. It is capable. It just demands more than most.

I see you pregnant and terrified, watching every symptom, knowing that your thyroid affects two heartbeats now.

I see you in postpartum fog so thick you wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again — and quietly worrying how your thyroid will react to all of these changes.

I see you in the chaos of motherhood, just trying to keep your kids safe, healthy and happy — forgetting when was the last time you did those things for yourself.

You are not dramatic. You are not anxious for no reason. You are navigating this path to and through motherhood with an invisible layer of complexity most people will never understand.
And you’re doing it anyway.

The women who succeed on healing protocols? They master the art of the leftover. 🔁

No, seriously — when your thyroid is dysregulated and you’re working to get pregnant, your body needs consistent, strategic nourishment. That means you cannot rely on willpower and a blank fridge.

Here’s what my Get & Stay Pregnant students do differently:

✅ Leftover protein → breakfast bowls. Salmon, chicken, lamb — it all works with eggs + leafy greens first thing in the morning.

✅ Leftover grains → anti-inflammatory grain salads. Cold rice or millet + olive oil + cucumber + herbs = a mineral-rich, thyroid-loving lunch.

✅ Leftover roasted roots → blended soups. Parsnips, carrots, beets — blend with broth and ginger for a deeply nourishing, liver-supportive meal.

This is protocol survival, and it’s a skill.
