Toronto foodies, this one's worth getting excited about! 🍽️
Head Chef and owner Emiliano Del Frate Poppijr () of will welcome Chef Jonathan Williams () of for a one-night-only collab dinner in Little Italy.
On Wednesday, July 29, the two acclaimed chefs will present a multi-course tasting menu celebrating the best of Canadian seasonal ingredients.
More than a traditional chef collaboration, the evening offers a rare opportunity to experience two of Toronto's leading culinary voices working side by side. Drawing on experience from some of the world's most celebrated restaurants—including Noma, Gucci Osteria Tokyo, Hedone, Don Alfonso 1890, and DaNico.
Guests can choose between two curated tasting experiences, with optional wine and low-proof beverage pairings available.

Every drink creation was a performance, with incredible attention to detail and flavours we haven’t experienced before.
Our favourites were the:
🥃 Hibiki Elegant Tea Time, which was beautifully smooth with delicate tea notes, and
🍸 Roku Sakura Mochi, a unique cocktail inspired by the flavours of the classic Japanese dessert.
It was such a rare opportunity to experience world-class Japanese mixology right here in Toronto, and it definitely lived up to the hype.
We also tried the 🧆Mushroom Pâté and the 🍮Storytime dessert which were incredible as well!
