Its specialities include: sticky buns and fresh muffins, brownies, lemon sqaures and pies; hearty soups, stews, chili and gumbo; quiches, chicken pot pies, tourtiere and a really slow-cooked pulled pork. Cheer on Nico this Saturday as she represents Canada at the Pan Am Games in Ottawa!
An amazing match on the MuayThai Canada Pan American Championship!
Nico Birch, of a member of the youth National Team who has recently moved west, will be coming in hot to Ottawa to test herself in a championship match against the American Champion Cassidy Ribeiro!! Both have great games both inside and out. Looking forward to this female championship match at Lansdowne this Saturday!
