Kaiso Street Society (KSS) premieres Bomber’s Dream, a new short documentary and album release exploring the legacy of Calypso icon Clifton Ryan, known as “The Mighty Bomber,” and what it means to carry that legacy forward today.

📣 MULTI-LAYERED CULTURAL EXPERIENCE featuring
✨premiere screening of the film
✨a live panel discussion reflecting on legacy and diaspora
✨a concert performance by the Kaiso Street Collective reimagining Bomber’s music through a contemporary jazz-calypso lens. alongside the launch of a companion album, Bomber’s Dream: The Music of The Mighty Bomber, marking the debut release by the Kaiso Street Collective.

“This isn’t just about looking back,” says Jesse Ryan, founder of KSS and Bomber’s grandson. “Calypso has always been a way of documenting life, resistance, and identity. Bomber’s Dream asks what it means to carry that responsibility forward.”
