Join Carolynne Wintrip, B.A.Sc., MBA, CTPC, PRC, for an interactive workshop designed to help participants navigate uncertainty, adversity and change with greater confidence.
Through practical strategies and hands-on application, participants will learn how to recognize early signs of overwhelm, regain a sense of control, and build sustainable habits to stay calm, focused and productive during ongoing change.
By the end of the session, each participant will leave with a personalized Resilience Action Plan tailored to their needs, challenges and goals.
