Last Spring I visited my friends Callie and Jason In Costa Rica. They have a beautiful yoga resort there called Tierra de Suenos Lodge. I've decided to hold a 7 day retreat there next Easter 2020. It will be Enlightenment and Integration oriented, along with some experiences of the beauty of the Costa Rican Jungle. I'm calling it The Permanent Shift Retreat. There are 18 spots.
