Realized it’s been a minute since I have done a yoga post 🙃.

Teaching and practicing vinyasa yoga has been a source of joy and inspiration in my life since I completed my training back in 2013!

Hey YOGAthletes! Somehow it’s already late August (when did that happen!?) This month we have been working with the theme: “Be Proud”.

We want you all to know how proud we are of your commitment to health and wellness, it’s been so great to see such large, full and vibrant classes all summer long! We’d like to take a moment to encourage you to acknowledge all of your hard work and dedication, give yourself a hug or a pat on the back and BE PROUD of where you’ve been, where you’re at and where you’ll go!

🚨 Double Pop Up Alert! 🚨

This Sunday July 23rd we have not one, but TWO exciting Aerial Yoga pop-ups happening at the studio:

•(12PM) Aerial Yoga for Kids: Kids Aerial is for kids 6-12 years old and is an excellent way to excite kids and have fun while building strength, flexibility and mindfulness. This pop-up class is intended for those who are curious about an aerial after-school program and would like to try it out.

•(4:30PM) Aerial Yoga Foundations - Aerial Yoga Foundations is a hatha yoga practice with the support of an aerial hammock to cradle and suspend the body as you move through a fun and invigorating yoga practice. The practice is dynamic with a combination of lengthening, strengthening and fun-filled postures. In each class we will invert our bodies to explore a lengthening in the spine that no other practice can do! All levels welcome.
