We have catered from small intimate affairs up to events of 2000 people without compromise to our quality. In 2007 Sarah & Andrew Novak purchased Umami Sushi, and continuing in the Umami Sushi tradition, Andrew provides the best and freshest product available. Consistency has been the key to Umami Sushi’s success. Our Executive chef, together with his team, have been the integral part of the Umami Sushi family for many years. With their combined over 30 years experience, they bring a class that sets us apart from the rest. In November 2007, Umami Sushi introduced their unique noodle menu.
