Sam’s path to becoming an RMT began in an unexpected place, on stage. With a background as a working musician, she spent years immersed in the physical demands of performance, gaining firsthand insight into the toll that repetitive movement, long hours, and high-pressure environments can take on the body.

Sam is focused on building an inclusive practice, she is committed to creating a space where everybody feels welcome, respected, and supported. She approaches each client with openness and attentiveness, adapting her style to meet individual needs while fostering a sense of safety and trust.
