Spectrum is a simple and user-friendly career mapping tool that reveals career paths individuals have taken to get from where they started academically to where they landed their first job after undergraduate studies. It fundamentally addresses two age-old questions:

1. Given my academic background, what are my future career options?

2. Given a target job I am interested in, what are the possible paths to get there?
