Home-Aide is directly related to my past experience as Community Relation Manager for a retirement home. I held a dual role consisting of sales and marketing as well as facilitating and organizing activities, outings and events for the residents. These activities and outings were designed to enrich the residents’ personal lives through social, intellectual, spiritual, physical, vocational and emotional programs, such as:

Social: Shopping, outings and afternoon entertainment
Intellectual: Life Talk, trivia and word games
Spiritual: Java Music Club and daily mass
Physical: Gentle exercise, bean bag toss and Rhythm n’ Moves
Vocational: Bingo, card games and afternoon baking
Emotional: Life talk and reminiscing

My experience working for a Restoration company is also an asset to the business in view of the fact that I became competent in minor home repairs such as: painting, taping and plastering and the installation of various types of flooring. Home-Aide is also related to my experience working as an English teacher at Kid Castle in Wenzhou, China, where I spent 11 months teaching numerous classes of children aging from 4-18 years old. The curriculum was mainly focused on teaching the common English vocabulary, some differences between the Canadian-English culture compared to theirs, organizing simple games to help children understand the language and providing additional assistance and tutoring to students that require it. I am also a great cook, very clean and physically fit to do basic home maintenance. PRICING
