Allow me to introduce you to Stef - Stef is an absolute badass and rockstar entrepreneur!
Towards the end of last year, Stef won the TBS Collective giveaway prize - 12-weeks of nutrition programming! And as you can see from her amazing results - she smashed it with our program!
Before starting her 12-week program, Stef shared that her goal was to increase her strength in the gym, while also improving her body composition too (to wish I said βno problem!β).
Over the 12 weeks period, Stef followed a program developed precisely for her - which included identifying the optimal calories (including pizza π!), mix of protein π₯©, veggies π₯, fibre π₯― and lifestyle indicators while following her own training program.
Overall, Stef gained 6 pounds but lost 8.5 inches from her body π€―! The number on the scale was never a focus but gave insight into how her body was changing. Along with her insane body composition change, Stef made (and is still making) massive gains in her lifting ππ»ββοΈ
