Seasonal produce, local and artisanal cheeses, salumi and breads, our approach has always been to go with the seasons, never against them. As we are unable to offer indoor dining due to Provincial legislation, we will continue to offer heated and socially distanced patio seating at all of our restaurants, takeout through mercatto.ca, and delivery through Salt Gourmet Foods, UberEats, and Skip the Dishes.
