- How to make the case for consolidation internally
- How to get ahead of hurdles that typically stall these projects
- The payoff that awaits on the other side of the process, like reduced costs, shared resources, and a better patron experience

Big results don't always require big changes.
Sometimes it's one segment you weren't paying attention to. One upsell you weren't timing right. One pattern in your data you didn't know to look for.
The organizations seeing revenue growth aren't necessarily doing more...
they're doing things more strategically.
With a career at the crossroads of box office ops, marketing, and data analysis, Lee LaBorde has learned how to translate patron behavior into revenue decisions -- and on May 20th she's going to share that knowledge.

Why are so many venues still treating mobile ticketing like it's optional?
At , Alexa Starkey from the Phoenix Suns shared what their shift to a fully cashless, fully mobile venue looked like and what it taught them about the future of guest experience.
A few things that stood out:
→ They close the box office on non-event days entirely. Phone lines stay open. Staff pivots to remote troubleshooting.
→ They created a new role: App Advisors — staff stationed at entry to help guests navigate their phones in real time, so problems get solved before they become lines.
→ Their #1 guest issue today? Third-party ticket confusion. Not lost tickets. Not wrong seats. Guests who bought from StubHub or GameTime and don't know how to get in.
→ The skills they hire for now: empathy, service instinct, and patience — not cash handling.
The box office isn't going away. It's becoming a help desk. A concierge.
