Hello! Everyone! :) I am holding a day retreat this Sunday long weekend!
The event is a day retreat in Cambridge just off the 401 and is from 1pm to 5pm but people can start longer!
It involves:
Yoga
Meditation
Breathwork
Fire Ceremony
Singing Bowl Soundbath
Cacao Ceremony + mushrooms
Ecstatic Dancing
Leisure time in a heated pool and hot tub!
