Munk One alumna Jillian Sprenger ('15) made the most of her time studying at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, conducting independent research in places such as Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Ethiopia, and the Ecuadorian Amazon. Making the most: one student's journey through the Munk School From Munk One to the Reach Alliance, Munk One alumna Jillian Sprenger took advantage of every opportunity during her undergrad.
Abhayjeet Singh Sachal is an alumni of the 2019-2020 Munk One Cohort. Along with his brother Sukmeet and friend Andrea, he founded Break The Divide, a youth-centred non-profit that aims to break down barriers between communities in Canada.
Last year, his work was recognized by Canada's Walk of Fame and he was awarded the Community Hero Award. A year later, he reflects about his path and how the experience has inspired him on the Munk One student blog:
