Require an able and diligent person to provide part-time maintenance and assistant superintendent duties on a mixture of commercial and residential properties located in Central and East side of Hamilton. The suitable person must be a handy person willing and able to handle various tenancy issues and situations and perform minor repairs. Direct interaction with existing tenants will be required. Will also be required to write up reports.
