As we celebrate our recognition for Mental Wellness, we’re especially proud of the impact our employee-led Mental Wellness ERG has had in creating a workplace where mental health is embraced without stigma.

Through open conversations, leadership partnership, and a focus on turning feedback into action, the group has helped advance meaningful changes, such as:
✅ Increased mental health coverage
✅ Unlimited sick days that recognize mental and physical health equally
✅ Leadership training focused on creating psychologically safe teams
✅ Leadership listening sessions to better understand employee concerns and identify opportunities for action
✅ A Mental Health Resource Guide to help employees navigate common services and support available in Toronto

Beyond policy changes, the group continues to create space for open dialogue through Brainwave Chats, discussion forums, and community-building initiatives that help reduce stigma and support sustainable performance.

Spring Isaac Day🌱

We took a pause from the day-to-day to come together as a team - connecting, reflecting, and aligning on where we’re headed next. These moments matter, and they give us space to step back, share ideas, and build the kind of culture that doesn’t happen by accident.

We marked the occasion with a few memorable touches - from a premium office latte experience to a fun cake, a fog-filled fireworks moment, and even a letter from retired Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield - a fitting nod to a theme we talk about often: Isaac as a rocketship, propelling to new heights.
