We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality to work on a full-time basis.

Job Description:

1) Assist with the full cycle recruiting process
2) Cold calling clients for requirements
3) Emailing clients for new requirements
4) Assisting the sales and marketing team when required
5) Collaborate with account managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
6) Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, reference checks, etc.
7) Scheduling interviews and phone screens.
8)Following up with candidates
9) Filing, documentation, paperwork and legal papers

The ideal candidate must have:

1) Experience in recruitment will be an asset, but not mandatory.
2) Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
3) Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
4) Driven and goal-oriented.
5) Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
6) Ability to work flexible hours to conduct interviews outside of regular business hours.
7)Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.50 per hour

Schedule: Mon- Fri
