Has been apart of the Fatkid Comedy tour, hosted by Adrian Sawyer.
Jokes will include robots, recreational drug uses, the sports and passionate movie references.

Joel Buxton has provided comedic writing for This Hour Has 22 Minutes (CBC) and Because News (CBC Radio 1). He writes for children’s animation, including Inspector Gadget (DHX) and Cupcake & Dinosaur (eOne). He has appeared on television shows such as The Beaverton (CTV) and CMT Select (CMT), and has written for Reader’s Digest, VICE, Frank ‘N Funny Greeting Cards, Bite.ca, Cottage Life, Outdoor Canada, and CBC Comedy.
Joel has performed stand-up comedy at festivals such as JFL42, NxNE, and Field Trip Music Festival. He is an alumni of the award-winning sketch collective The Sketchersons, and also performs sketch with The Junkyard Dukes. Their self-titled album is available on iTunes.
Joel is also a songwriter and musician with the group Brunswick Project. Their YouTube Channel “Animal Songs” has generated over two million views.
