Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful readers and performers from Monday evening's WT event: David Clink, Tim Prior, and Eric Chisholm, and thanks to all who came out to see and hear them. Tim's reading was lush and verdant, David's over-the-top and hilarious, and Eric premiered a fabulous re-working of Tom Waits' "Hang Down Your Head". Wonderful, all around.
Looking forward to January's event, on the 21st. Happy Holidays to all from WT. :)
A big thank you to all who've liked the Wayward Troubadours page. We're chuffed!
Wayward Troubadours is reaching beyond the edges of Parkdale and environs for the next Wayward Troubadours reading on Monday, December 17th, at Balluchon Raymond Inc. It will feature poet David Clink who lives and breathes in North York, ON, and his guest, Tim Prior, with musical guest TBA. Come on out, y'all, and hear troubadours stand and deliver without mic, and leaning on memory alone, or nearly! Doors open at 7:30, and it's always PWYC for all and sundry involved.
