The Eglinton Crosstown recently checked off another achievement when Avenue Station received occupancy certification from the Toronto Building Department. What does this mean? This certification demonstrates that the necessary building systems and procedures are in place to respond to an emergency like a fire. Occupancy certification is a vital step in the testing and commissioning phase.
