Getting in touch with my Mennonite side after reading a lot of lately. Yesterday I made Obstkuchen (Platz), and the taste brought me back immediately. I felt like my mom was here still. ❤️

Gonna be saying goodbye to this little angel tomorrow. She’s been such a blessing but she’s suffering too much right now. I’m going to miss her so much 😭❤️
