Embarking on a 75 Hard Challenge, but with a twist—this one’s for those of us struggling to build a healthy relationship with food and create a sustainable, balanced lifestyle.
I’ve always been an active person at heart—whether running 10Ks, completing half marathons, or biking for miles. But when it came to food, it’s been a different story. I’ve tried everything from keto to intermittent fasting, even water fasting, but I always found myself falling back into unhealthy patterns.
This year, I’m taking a different approach. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s building sustainable habits that stick. This 75 Hard Challenge isn’t just about discipline; it’s about learning, growing, and finally finding balance. Here’s to a healthier mindset and a healthier me. Let’s do this!
