Admit it, we've all done it.

That little "Remind Me Later" button for your software updates is so tempting when you're in the middle of a big project. But those updates aren't just there to interrupt your flow: they're like a quick spa day for your computer.

Think of it this way: they fix those tiny bugs that slow you down, plug the security holes, and keep everything running as fast as day one. Plus, clicking "update" is the perfect excuse to step away for a well-deserved 5-minute coffee break while your tech gets a tune-up.

At Agile Computer, we help our clients handle these updates automatically behind the scenes through our //agileCORE service. That means you get to stay focused on growing your business while we make sure your systems are always fresh and secure. No more "remind me in an hour" guilt!

Next time that notification pops up, take it as a sign to grab a coffee and let the update do its thing. Your computer (and your productivity) will thank you for it.

Remember when spotting a scam was easy? You’d just look for the 'Dear Valued Custmer' or the weird sentences that didn't quite make sense.

Well, those days are pretty much gone.

Thanks to AI, scammers are now sending out perfectly written, professional-sounding emails that would pass a high school English test with flying colors. AI has leveled the playing field, making language a bad key indicator in scams now.

So, since we can't rely on typos anymore, here’s what you should watch for instead:

1. Unusual requests for urgent action or money.
2. Senders that don't match the email address (always hover over that name!).
3. Links that look a little 'off' when you look closely.

AI is making phishing harder to spot, but staying alert keeps you ahead. If you’re ever unsure about an email your team received, we’re here at Agile Computer to help you filter out the noise and keep things running seamlessly.

Stay safe out there!

I have been saying this for a few years now, microchips are the new economy and the means to economic power. More people should be aware of this.
