Life Insurance Specialist. Join a team of professionals for whom client care and a desire to 'help others' is paramount in all they do.
This is an 'in office' position Monday to Friday.
Salary + Quarterly Bonus
This position is suitable for someone with:
- Bachelor of Commerce
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Financial and Life Insurance.
- Entrepreneurial person with desire to build their client portfolio
- Preference given to those with their Life Licence however, we are open to recent grads looking to achieve their licence.
Base Responsibilities include: (full JD during interview process)
- client relationship management for life insurance clients
- explaining life insurance options and what would be best suited to the client's needs
- work with others to manage the 'estate planning' of clients
- accurate documentation and organization

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator # ABL Direct
Job description
This is a contract position for 1 year before going perm for the right individual.
Candidate should be flexible to work overtime during busy season.
Bonus pay

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating/dispatching freight: plan/schedule pickups based on shipments priority.
- Taking orders by answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain continuous contact with existing customers, drivers and site contacts (Receivers) through e-mails and telephone, before, during and after the life cycle of the delivery
- Update customer web portals with up-to-date load information
- Monitor and update shipment statuses on the company's internal applications
- Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers
- Analyze resource utilization and generate reports as needed
Requirements
- has 2 years of On-Demand, Same-Day dispatching
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with analytic approach
- Understand on-demand, same day, and emergency dispatching requirements
- Understand various load VS truck requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of GTA area and reasonable knowledge of Ontario map is essential
- Strong knowledge of computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional customer service skills, especially on the phone.
- Fluency in verbal/written English is essential
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and courteously as a team with office and drivers.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, on demand environment and meet deadlines.
- Be available for some weekends and after hours shifts is essential.
