Our latest contemporary 3-storey fourplex design is coming to East York. A total of 4 units each featuring 1200 ft² of finished floor area with dedicated entries.

Each unit houses two bedrooms, one 3-piece bathroom, one powder room, laundry, spacious combined kitchen/living/dining areas, and private balconies.
