Our BESS program recently hosted a workshop called “Smart and Practical Tips for Renting a Place”.

Finding housing in the GTA can be very difficult. To help guide them through the process, clients learned useful tips and tricks including required documentation, tenant laws and regulations, and budgeting strategies.
