Seneca Polytechnic Fire Protection

Every student has a story, and Drilon Ramadani’s is one of perseverance, gratitude and hard work.

The son of parents who arrived in Canada as refugees after fleeing war, Drilon grew up with a deep appreciation for education and opportunity. After graduating from Seneca’s Mechanical Engineering Technology – Building Sciences program, he returned to pursue Fire Protection Engineering Technology and is now gaining valuable experience through a co-op placement with the City of Toronto.

Drilon says his parents taught him that success is built through dedication and patience — lessons that continue to guide him as he works toward a career helping keep communities safe.
