From starting this business in my house during Covid, hand delivering single case orders… to 60 case orders makes me proud. This is by far the hardest thing I have ever done. Building out my own manufacturing facility and operating it on a day to day basis in order to get my product out and in the hands of consumers is what I needed to do. I have never worked so hard or put more effort into anything in my life. It is well worth it when I go to stores and see people buying Nosh. Stressful as hell, but rewarding at the same time.

Big things are coming for 2026… you may just find Nosh Balls at all LONGO’S locations sometime very soon 😉…. You may have to pick me up off the floor but I’ll somehow make sure it all gets done. I always do.
