I’m 45, I help women 40-60 balance hormones, reignite their metabolism naturally, reverse weight gain and live without (peri)menopausal symptoms.
As a mom, who knows great habits happen by example, I have helped many moms who want to lead by example and practice a beautiful connection with food and a healthy lifestyle in front of their growing kids. That’s where my healing journey truly started for me- looking fur sustainable nutrition habits for me I can model in front of my daughter.
In my mid 30’s I experienced early perimenopausal symptoms — fatigue, bloated belly, weight gain, skipped periods, mood swings, no energy, anxiety, night sweats.
In my 20’s I was a Ford model - I didn’t know how to eat properly and practiced “eat less and exercise more” approach. I was always on a diet, over-exercised, and ignored my body’s signals. I kept believing my metabolism was “broken” throughout my 20’s.
If you believe this, know that’s it’s not true. You can ALWAYS rebuild your metabolism! 🔥
Dieting contributed to HA, slow thyroid, losing nearly 1/2 of my hair, weight gain, anxiety, exhaustion, nutrient deficiencies + eventually an eating disorder.
I went to school to study holistic nutrition. I graduated with honours and kept learning and applying on myself.
I restored my metabolism and reversed EVERY symptom (yes, including the hair loss and slow metabolism).
�I don’t avoid food groups. I have sugar in moderation too. I can say I’ve built iron habits for life!
✨I love modeling a great relationship with food in front of my kids - 18 and 12! This is SO POWERFUL for them to experience. The habits I get to showcase I know will stay with them more than the words I say.
💪🏼 I enjoy everything on self-development. I now love lifting and have a strength program I offer to my clients at any age 40-70 (yes, it’s for every stage and level and I have clients doing it at any age!!).
🌳I love long walks, hiking, biking, beach walks, any nature walks really, hot yoga, strength training, traveling.

The lilacs don’t force themselves to bloom.
They trust the season, grow toward the light, and share their beauty freely with whoever walks by.
Just look at them thriving, 100% naturally!
Mother Nature never rushes.
She doesn’t fight the process.
She doesn’t demand perfection.
She trusts that growth happens when the conditions are right.
Our health journey is meant to feel more like that too. Not rushed. Not forced.
Not built through punishment, restriction, or extremes.
Us feeling our best happens through small daily choices, nourishment, patience, consistency, and TRUST.
Step by step.
Habit by habit.
Lasting results aren’t created by fighting your body.
They’re created by learning how to support it.
And perhaps that’s one of the greatest lessons nature teaches us:
Growth happens when we work with the process, not against it.
