Congratulations to my clients on the successful closing of their new condo 🥳🎉

This is a father and son duo! I helped the father purchase a condo 10 years ago with his wife. We remained friends and when it was time for his son to purchase they decided to give me a call 🤗

The son was a first-time buyer and very excited about finding his new home but I wanted to make sure they secured a solid investment, in a nice neighborhood with low maintenance fees... And I did!!!
