MTL 2026, c’est un wrap. 🖤

x what you have built for our community is nothing short of sacred ✨. Thank you again for having me; it was an honour to collaborate with you again🙏🏾.

Thank you to everyone who came through my pit stop and office hours, trusted the space, and shared how the session landed. I genuinely appreciate your presence and your kind words. I showed up to help you check your tank, but you sent me home with mine completely full ⛽️🙌🏾.

I learned so much throughout the day, connected with absolute powerhouses, and left more inspired than ever to level up and keep showing up for this beautiful community 😌.

Special shoutout to my gorgeous friend & content creation 👑 for capturing the content, your girl is really out here trying to do better 🫣… and seeing my girl shine in that room? That warmed my heart 🥰!

À bientôt, Montréal. 🧡

Performing wellness is not the same as practicing it. Your body has been talking, and this Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s time to listen! So this May, we choose ourselves fully and honestly.🌿

If I’m not facilitating workshops or coaching sessions for mission-driven organizations, conferences, or community events outside of my 9 to 5… there’s a high chance you’ll find me dancing on a stage 🤭

Yesterday, I had the honour of being invited by to their Annual Brunch alongside my dear friend and I’m still buzzing 🙌🏾.

I’m truly in awe of the beautiful community that and have built. Having attended their events before, I knew to expect something intentional, well-curated, and rooted in excellence… and they still found a way to elevate it even more 👌🏾.

Black Queens of Durham is yet another example of how powerful sisterhood can be when we join forces; genuinely supporting one another, sharing tools, networks, and resources, and setting each other up for success. I’ve said it many times: we don’t have to do it alone.

Thank you, Fatim & Asha, for trusting us to lead an interactive dance experience for your guests 💃🏾.

And a special thank you to my sister at heart, Fatim Sylla (yes, same last name 😉), for always supporting my multiple endeavours, constantly hiring me, and sharing my services with your network. You truly embody what women’s empowerment looks like, and I pray it comes back to you tenfold 🙏🏾.

The cherry on top was experiencing ’s powerful motivational speech and performance. I had the opportunity to work with her years ago, and every interaction since has been soul-filling. Experiencing her magnificent presence and wisdom is truly a blessing 😌.

Congratulations again on such a beautiful and successful 🌺.
