Food can be so many things.
It can be a way to bring a family together at the end of a busy day.
Taking the time to prepare food and share a meal with your loved ones is a way to show you care.
Food is definitely my love language.
Food is first and foremost nourishment.
It is fuel for the body.
Food doesn’t have to be gourmet but it should taste good. After all, eating food is what we do several times a day.
And because we eat everyday, trying to figure out “what’s for dinner” can become more work than we want. How many times have you wondered what you’ll eat for dinner, when it’s 4 or 5 pm and you’re still at work?
What’s the alternative?
Dining out, Uber eats, skipping meals all together?
Deep pockets?
An iron gut?
You’ll need both.
Not everyone knows how to cook. But everyone can learn.
If you’re open to learn how to fuel your body, and want to learn how make some delicious food without spending hours in the kitchen I can help.
My system is streamlined to help you get the most from your food, without waste and with your health in mind.
Backed by a team of dieticians, and evidence based research, I will coach you to better health.
Oh, and, you’ll still get to eat the foods you love.
No need for tracking, it’s fine for you.
No need for guessing and waste. All the guesswork is gone. Grocery lists are generated for you.
Planning is done for you too.
You just have to execute.

“If we open a quarrel between the past and the present, we shall find we have lost the future”
CHURCHILL
You’ve been here
Think about a past event, or conversation where when looking back, you think
“ I wished we had said this instead of that or handled it differently.”
You could’ve prepared better yes?!
Or for the CrossFit-ers out there,
You’re presented with an amrap and go out so fast that 2 minutes into a 7 minute workout you hit a wall.
Rookie mistake
Next time you’ll have a better plan yes?!
Or here
You’ve been working with your nutrition coach and have been
feeling great, seeing changes and feeling all the things you’ve been hoping for. You’re working toward your specific goals and you’re getting closer every day.
It’s morning, you have a good breakfast, get your workout in, have a healthy lunch, and go to a social event where people are drinking and eating all kinds of foods which you know aren’t the best.
You promised yourself you wouldn’t drink, but then cave to social pressure and end up having a couple or so.
The next day, the guilt consumes you. You don’t feel the best physically and then you begin to beat yourself up. You begin to doubt whether you’ve ruined all the good you’ve accomplished. You feel you’ve let yourself and your coach down
Could you have prepared better?
Yes and here’s how,
Decide ahead that you will drink and accept all the consequences
Know that one evening isn’t going to undo all the good you’ve been working toward.
Accept that your actions will slow down your progress and move on
Reach out to your coach
to help you find better ways to prepare for these scenarios
A good coach can help you get clear with your goals and guide you with actionable steps
Remember why you started, give yourself permission to make mistakes, think progress over perfection,
be kind to yourself, lose the guilt,
stop wasting time on the past,
and
prepare for the future

Perfection will make you neurotic!
The holidays present many challenges and eating different food is one challenge. Not having control over your menu whether it be dining out or with family can be difficult.
So instead of stressing over these situations it’s better to know what to eat and what to avoid.
If you practice intuitive eating you will understand which foods trigger unfavourable responses. So avoid those.
Keep it as clean as possible..
Don’t fret if you indulge. Listen to your body.
Keep the indulging to a minimum. As in a few days. Drink lots of water.
Make time to go for a walk if that’s all you can find time for.
And enjoy the time you have with your family and friends.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS🎄
