Join myself and for a 3 day weekend getaway at .earth.oasis just 90 minutes north of Toronto. This retreat is for EVERYONE including those new to yoga!

- all Yoga, meditation, and Reiki sessions

If you’re a woman 18+ with newcomer or convention refugee status, please join me on Mondays at 6pm for free yoga! All classes will take place through Zoom from September to November and absolutely no experience is required. Practice yoga with other women in the comfort of your own home, while also benefiting from the wonderful settlement services that has to offer.

Loving all parts of teaching, including the set up! When I used to energy exchange at yoga studios, part of my job was to open and clean the space for the teachers which was a good habit that has stuck with me through my teaching era. For me it’s also a great way to ground before class begins. Nothing like teaching in a fresh clean space 🌱😃
