A big thanks to for the opportunity to write an article for their Nov/Dec 2022 magazine issue!

Have you had the experience of joining a well-structured & planned group fitness class...but the instructor's voice was so dull & uninspiring, you couldn't be motivated to do hard things? Us too!

{Tell us about it in the comments?}

Voice training is training for staying in business for years to come. Your voice is a part of teaching an unmissable group fitness class. All of this is why we created our PEP course for fitness pros who want to continue learning, inspiring & growing into better enterTRAINers.

Say hello to the larynx! This structure offers protection for the airway by housing the cartilage and muscles that close the vocal folds to make sure nothing but air gets into the trachea and lungs.

Here at PEP we LOVE teaching and learning about anatomy and physiology & how it informs how we use our most underlooked tool (OUR VOICES!) to stay teaching for many many years to come.

Are you a fan of A & P, or are you more excited to work on being a more compelling speaker when you put your mic-pack on to lead your room?
