The Toronto Early Cognition Lab is inviting children ages 3β4 to take part in a fun online study exploring optimism and positive expectations.
π₯ During the session, kids will watch short, child-friendly videos, answer simple questions, and play a fun memory game while helping us learn more about how children think about the future.
π» The study takes place online and can be completed comfortably from home.
π Families receive compensation for participating, and children earn a University of Toronto participation certificate.

π How do babies develop positive expectations?
The Toronto Early Cognition Lab is inviting families with babies to take part in a short online study exploring how infants begin to form positive expectations about the world around them.
πΆ During the session, your baby will watch simple videos with faces and shapes while we learn more about how babies respond when theyβre unsure what might happen next.
π» The study takes place online and lasts about 30 minutes, so families can participate comfortably from home.
π Families receive $10 in compensation ($5 for the study session + $5 for surveys), and babies receive a University of Toronto participation certificate.

The Toronto Early Cognition Lab is inviting families with children ages 0β11 to take part in our research studies, available online or in person.
π§© Kids take part in engaging activities, such as games, puzzles, and stories, while helping us learn more about how children think, learn, and grow.
π Join us from home or visit our lab at 100 St. George Street (Sidney Smith Hall, U of T St. George Campus).
