Bolognese stuffed garlic flatbreads . ⬇️ Recipe below ⬇️ . Press save for dinner inspiration 📌 follow @dinner_at_hols for more dinners like this. . Recipe makes 2 flatbreads . These are perfect if you’ve got any leftover bolognese. They’re amazing with wedges and salad or even on the side of your spag bol as a little treat. ❤️ . Ingredients. . Leftover bolognese . 100g self raising flour 100g Greek yogurt 1/2tbs garlic granules 1tsp dried parsley Pinch of salt . 60g mozzarella, grated . 1tbs butter 1tsp garlic purée 1tsp dried parsley . Method. . Combine the flour and yogurt together along with the seasonings until it forms a dough. Halve the dough and roll them out into large circles, using a sprinkle of flour to dust the surface so it doesn’t stick. Place the bolognese and the cheese into the middle of the dough and fold the edges to the middle until the bolognese is enclosed in the dough. Then roll them out flat. Melt the butter and add in the garlic purée and parsley and then brush the dough. Cook in a dry frying pan until they’re golden and starting to puff up. Serve and enjoy. .
