Kemetic Flow

As a mother, artist, and Kemetic Yoga practitioner—
this month asked for presence, patience, and softness.
There were days of blooming, and days of simply holding on.
Moments where the breath led. Moments where beauty reminded me to slow down.
And moments where I remembered: becoming is constant.
Grateful for what unfolded, what I released,
and what I’m still learning to hold.
