From My Journal ♥
Today’s journal entry is a gentle reminder of the beauty in letting go. As we release what no longer serves us, we create space for something new to begin.
Todays reminder is Growth is not always loud sometimes, it’s quiet, raw, and deeply healing.
Here is today’s entry…
Happy Saturday Everyone and Happy 4th of July to all of my American friends 🇺🇸 xoxo

🇨🇦❤️ Hello, July! | Chapter 7
Well... here we are. Chapter 7. A brand new month, my birthday month, and somehow the one that feels like the beginning of something bigger.
July has always held a special place in my heart. It's filled with sunshine, family, backyard laughs, cameras in hand, and this year... the start of a brand new decade.
I'm walking into this month with excitement instead of expectation, gratitude instead of pressure, and one simple reminder I'll be carrying with me all year: Take a breath and live.
But before I celebrate turning 40 later this week, today is all about celebrating home. Happy Canada Day to everyone celebrating! ❤️🍁 Whether you're spending the day with family, watching fireworks, enjoying a BBQ, or simply soaking up the beauty this country has to offer, I hope your day is filled with laughter, connection, and memories you'll look back on with a smile.
Here's to new chapters, summer adventures, and making the most of every beautiful moment. Welcome, July. I have a feeling you're going to be unforgettable. ❤️🇨🇦
Happy Wednesday Everyone xoxo

The Invisible Work 😶🌫️
Healing doesn't always look like a breakthrough. Sometimes it looks like sitting on your couch after a conversation and realizing you've spent the last hour replaying someone's tone of voice, wondering if you said the wrong thing. Sometimes it looks like catching yourself creating a story in your mind that has no evidence behind it.
I've been noticing that about myself lately. For years, I didn't realize how much energy I spent assuming the worst. I'd overthink a text message, a facial expression, a conversation. My mind would fill in the blanks before I even had a chance to ask if those thoughts were true. It's exhausting.
If I'm being honest, realizing how much I've been carrying made me emotional. Not because I have all the answers now, but because I finally saw how much of my energy had been going toward battles no one else could see. That's the invisible work.
The work of catching an old pattern before it takes over. The work of reminding yourself that someone else's mood isn't automatically about you. The work of choosing not to believe every thought that passes through your mind. No one applauds those moments. No one sees the effort it takes to rewrite habits your brain has practiced for years. But they matter. More than we realize.
If you're quietly doing that work too, I hope you know you're not strange, and you're certainly not alone. Healing isn't always loud. Sometimes it's a whisper. Sometimes it's simply noticing and sometimes that's the beginning of everything.
Happy Fri-Yay Everyone xoxo
